DLM Brioche with Caviar

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf DLM Sliced Brioche
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 container crème fraîche
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 2 oz caviar
  • Dill sprigs for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a small round cookie cutter, cut out small circles from sliced brioche. Place on a cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Toast in the oven until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Season crème fraîche lightly with salt and white pepper. When serving, place a dollop of crème fraîche on toasted brioche and top with caviar and a small spring of dill for garnish, if desired.
