INGREDIENTS

unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

(1.52-oz) tube wasabi paste
2Tbsp
chives, minced
½tsp
salt
⅛tsp
white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, blend ingredients together until completely incorporated.

To wrap and roll, place a large piece of plastic wrap on counter top. Spoon about ¼ of the mixture into center. Fold ½ of the wrap over butter and shape into an even log, about 2 inches in diameter. Twist ends and finish rolling into a compact log. Finish the rest of the butter making 4 small, compact logs. Chill. Freezes beautifully.
