The Ultimate Nachos

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package DLM White Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 1 package Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 4 oz pickled jalapeños
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced and drained
  • DLM Fresh Salsa
  • Mazunte Pico de Gallo
  • DLM Fresh Guacamole
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges


Preheat broiler to high or preheat oven to 450°F.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Pile tortilla chips on a large baking sheet and top with seasoned ground beef and cheese. Bake or broil in a hot oven watching carefully until cheese is melted and chips are crispy.
Remove from oven and top with any or all of the following: pickled jalapeños, diced green onions, salsa, pico de gallo, sliced black olives, and guacamole. Add a squeeze of fresh lime if desired.
