yellow onion, thinly sliced

Red Boat Fish Sauce

bunch fresh mint, chopped

sugar, or more to taste

dried red chili or Cayenne pepper, or more to taste

bag Romaine salad mix

English cucumber, thinly sliced

handful of fresh basil, chopped

handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

DLM Extra-Large Peanuts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill. Season steak generously with salt and pepper, and grill to desired doneness; set aside to rest.

In a bowl, mix together the sliced yellow onion, lime juice, Red Boat Fish Sauce, mint, sugar, and red chili/Cayenne. Slice the meat thinly across the grain and add to marinade/dressing. Mix well and let chill for at least 30 minutes.

On a serving platter, layer the romaine mix with cucumber slices. Add the beef along with the marinade and garnish salad with the remaining ingredients.
