Tartufissima Truffle Pasta Alfredo

  • 1 bag Tartufissima No. 19 Egg Pasta with Truffle
  • 2 Tbsp butter or Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a large pot, bring 5 quarts of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until al dente or still firm, and drain.
In a sauce pan, heat the butter, oil, or a mix of both. Toss in the drained pasta and heat for a minute or two. Add the cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
