INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz cold butter, cut into pea-sized chunks
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 7 sliced ripe peaches
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp Bourbon
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 350° F.

With your hands, mix the butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans until crumbly.

Mix all the other ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with the flour mixture and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
