  • 2 Short Rib Hammers
  • DLM Grilling & Seasoning Rub

INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven racks to clear the height of the standing short rib hammers then preheat oven to 275°F. Line a small roasting pan with parchment paper.

Dredge the tied short rib generously with the rub on all sides. Place on prepared roasting pan. Slow roast standing up for 3 to 3 ½ hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before removing twine and serving.
