Roasted Sausage & Harvest Veggies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg cubed butternut squash (about 1.5 cups)
  • 1 pkg halved Brussels sprouts (about 1.5 cups)
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 DLM Pumpkin & Pecan Sausages
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place cut veggies on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and spread out. Nestle the sausages evenly spaced amongst the veggies and season everything with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and veggies are roasted and tender.
