INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck
  • Yellow sweet onion, julienned
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • DLM Yellow Mustard
  • 8 slices DLM New York Rye Bread
  • 4 slices mild cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Shape burgers a little larger than the size of the rye bread slice and season with salt and pepper.

On a griddle or nonstick pan, cook the burger and onions until desired doneness. Keep warm while assembling sandwich.

Spread mustard on one side of both slices of bread. Place 1-2 slices of Cheddar cheese on top of the mustard.

Place both pieces of bread on the griddle and assemble the burger and onions on top of one side. Close the sandwich and toast until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
