Gochujang Kurobuta Coppa Steaks

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (2-inch) piece of ginger
  • ½ cup mirin
  • ½ cup gochujang
  • 4 Kurobuta Coppa Steaks
  • Oil for grilling

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor or blender, purée together the garlic, ginger, mirin, and gochujang. Place steaks in a dish to fit in an even layer and pour marinade over steaks. Let marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat your grill or broiler to high.

Remove steaks from marinade and grill until cooked, about 4-5 minutes a side for medium rare. Let rest before slicing.
