Garlic Crusted Roast Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs top sirloin roast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place roast on a parchment-lined sheet tray and season all over with salt and pepper. Press chopped garlic and rosemary on the roast to help adhere. Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Cook until the meat registers an internal temperature of 125-130°F for medium-rare, about 35-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
