package La Preferida Fish Taco Seasoning

DLM Pure Olive Oil

package (14 oz) Dole Classic Coleslaw Mix
½cup
Mazunte Salsa Verde
2Tbsp
mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Lime wedges
Flour or corn tortillas
Thinly sliced radishes
INSTRUCTIONS

Generously coat fish with La Preferida Fish Taco Seasoning.

Heat oil and sauté fish over medium heat, 3 minutes per side or until fish is cooked and flakes with a fork.

For cabbage slaw: Toss coleslaw mix, salsa verde, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with salt and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Layer fish and slaw in the tortilla. Garnish with slices of radish, if desired.
