INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup dry bread crumbs (can sub with gluten-free crumbs)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 4-6 oz fish fillets like cod, hake, or tilapia
  • 4 DLM Brioche Buns
  • Tartar sauce
  • Optional: Sliced pickles and cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1
In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs with paprika, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
2
Brush fish with olive oil. Then, coat each fish fillet in bread crumbs and cook with your preferred method.
3
To cook in the air fryer, set to 390°F. Cook for 9 to 10 minutes and then flip the fish and continue cooking for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. To bake, pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place breaded fish fillets on a foil-lined baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Carefully flip fillets over and continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4
Once cooked, top each fillet with cheese. Place on a bun slathered with tartar sauce and top with pickles.

Please send the tartar sauce recipe for the one pictured with the "Easy Fish Fillet Sandwich" -- it appears to be freshly made with lots of dill. Thank you
