Chicken Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb DLM Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 1 pkg fajita seasoning mix
  • 3 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 container of fajita veggies
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 container DLM Guacamole, for serving
  • 1 container DLM Salsa, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine the chicken tenders and the fajita seasoning with 3 Tbsp DLM olive oil and 1 Tbsp water; mix well.

On a sheet pan in an even layer, lay out the tenders and scatter the fajita veggies to fill in. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked though.

Serve with warm tortillas and DLM Salsa and Guacamole.
