INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups DLM 100% Apple Cider
  • 1 cup ginger ale

INSTRUCTIONS

First, make the butterscotch syrup by melting the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, heavy cream, and sea salt. Whisk to combine. Bring to a gentle boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes

Stir in vanilla and apple cider and heat until the butterscotch syrup has dissolved and is very hot. Remove from heat and whisk in ginger ale to taste. Generously dollop with whipped cream.
