Baked Goat Cheese With Tomatoes, Olives, and Capers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 32-oz jar DLM Original Marinara Sauce
  • 1 log fresh goat cheese
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • ½ cup green olives
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • Pinch of red chili flakes
  • 1 DLM Baguette, sliced and toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a casserole dish, pour the jar of sauce and top with a scattering of the olives, capers, and red chili flakes.

Slice goat cheese into 1/2 inch medallions and gently place on top of the sauce in a decorative pattern.

Bake until bubbly and hot. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
