Add your own twist to this recipe by using cooked bacon, sausage, or Heavenly Ham® instead of the Prosciutto. Or, try switching out the Parmesan for Cheddar, Gruyère, or your favorite cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, cream or milk and salt and pepper.

Butter or oil ramekins or other silicon muffin cups generously.

Line each ramekin or cup with one slice of Prosciutto torn into bite sized pieces. To each one, add torn up basil leaf and some cheese. Carefully spoon in the egg mixture, dividing evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until egg is set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
