This egg dish is delicious as is, but if you're looking to add an extra boost of flavor, try including one of these add-ins:
Sautéed mushrooms

A spoonful or two of your favorite tomato sauce of harissa

INGREDIENTS
Butter for ramekin
1Tbsp
cream or more if needed
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a buttered small ramekin, place 1 tablespoon of cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add additional ingredients if desired. Crack an egg on top.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until white is almost set. (Egg will continue cooking a little after being removed from oven). Serve with a piece of buttered, toasted DLM Artisan Bread.
