Made from Mediterranean Yellowfin Tuna marinated in extra-virgin olive oil. The tuna is carefully fished in accordance with protection of the seas and preserved using traditional Calabrian methods. Once jarred, the tuna is allowed to ripen for up to a year before distribution so the intense flavor of the tuna matures and unites with the delicate taste of olive oil and black truffles from Central Italy. Use to make elegant truffled appetizers, crostini, or toss with your favorite short pastas for a quick and easy dinner.
