Introducing our exclusive, handcrafted DLM Wisconsin Reserve Cheddar! This exceptional cheese is the culmination of a special journey. Months ago, our Cheesemongers and Bakery leaders traveled to Wisconsin's renowned Henning's Cheese where they joined forces with master cheesemakers to craft a unique batch of our very own Cheddar cheese. We're talking hands-on involvement, from the initial stages to the careful aging process. The result? A Cheddar with a buttery, creamy texture and a touch of sweet tang – a flavor profile we're incredibly proud of, and one we literally helped create. Experience the difference of a truly collaborative cheese, now available online for nationwide shipping.
