How long do the baked goods stay fresh?

Refrigerate everything on arrival and enjoy within 5 days. Anything you won't eat right away freezes well for up to 3 months. Wrap it tightly, then thaw it at room temperature. Our artisan bread is made without preservatives, so a few minutes in a low oven brings it back to bakery-fresh.
