Flavorings: Lemon Juice Powder, Dehydrated Onion, Dextrose.,Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, SeasoningBeer-Simmered Brats: Simmer the bratwursts in a German-style lager or Märzen with sliced onions for about 15 minutes. Then finish them on a hot grill until the casings are golden and lightly charred. Simmering first keeps them juicy, and grilling adds smoky flavor.
Warm Kraut Topping: Heat the DLM Sauerkraut in a skillet with a pat of butter, a pinch of caraway seed, and a few thin apple slices. This mellows the tang and gives it a classic Bavarian touch.
Build the Perfect Bite: Lightly toast the DLM Bakehouse buns, tuck in a brat, and pile on the warm kraut. Finish with a stripe of Alstertor Düsseldorf mustard.
