Mis Raíces Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the exclusive empeltre variety, which boasts of coming from the oldest olive trees in Spain. The Empeltre variety only forms one tenth of all the hectares of olive trees in Spain. This variety is part of the Denomination of Origen of Bajo Aragón, which is one of the most conducive areas in the world for olive cultivation and where this exclusive extra virgin olive oil is produced. This is a fruity, grassy oil with medium-high intensity and notes of tomato, fennel, and artichoke with bitter, spicy, and sweet highlights.
