Great gift box option when a healthier option is warranted to match the illness that the recipient is dealing with. I do wish single item substitutions were allowed, as the recipient did not have an illness that could, or should, use throat lozenges. But, I do understand why substitutions are not permitted. My 5-star rating is more reflective of the impressive customer service I received for this purchase, which was timely, cordial, and efficient.
