Crafting a professional-level drink at home is simple with the Aerolatte Milk Frother.
- The Base: Brew a double shot of espresso using our DLM 1948 Classic Dark Roast Coffee. This Brazilian roast is smooth, full-bodied, and features notes of chocolate—perfect for milk-based drinks.
- Heat the Milk: Warm your preferred milk to about 150°F (just below boiling).
- The Froth: Submerge the Aerolatte whisk head at a slight angle near the bottom of your milk pitcher. Turn it on and slowly raise the wand toward the surface to create a thick, velvety foam.
- The Pour: Swirl your frothed milk to incorporate the bubbles. Hold your Monty Cup at a 45-degree angle and pour the milk into the center of the espresso. The cup's parabolic slope will guide the milk beneath the crema, allowing you to finish with a flourish of white foam on top.
