About Simone Sofian
Simone Sofian, the wife of a rabbi, has taught about Jewish food and traditions for many years and annually prepares a Passover Seder for 150 of her husband's congregation at Temple Israel. Simone holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati and the high regard of everyone who has eaten at her table. She is the Community Grant Writer and Adult Education Director for the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton.
