Harriet Argue's menu is delightfully seasonal! Rich in Greek flavors and local ingredients, these dishes are just right for outdoor entertaining. We'll start with a traditional Greek soup, Youvarlakia (Greek meatballs in a velvety lemon sauce). We'll fire up the grill for succulent Pork Kabobs, and serve them with a fresh take on pasta salad with orzo and tangy artichokes. And, you'll discover how grilling peaches results in the sweetest, caramelized flavor for topping tangy Greek yogurt. This menu will be paired with wine.

About Harriet Argue

Harriet Argue was the owner of Truffles Café and Catering. She was also involved in menu development and catering at Madison's Bistro and Mediterra. We welcome her back to Dorothy Lane's Culinary Center to share her expertise with Greek Cuisine. Moving here from Los Angeles from a large Greek family, she started a California Deli Café. Her restaurants were known for their quality food, and innovative menus. Harriet was in the catering and restaurant business for over 30 years. She has taught cooking classes in the Dayton area for many years.
