Hands-On Class

Expand your cookie collection in time for the busy holidays with these crowd-pleasing recipes. We'll break into groups and get busy making four different varieties. Mary Cooney will give you tips for making the ultimate batch of cookies. You'll learn why correct measurement of ingredients, as well as mixing, shaping, spacing, oven temperature, and oven position, are all important factors for cookie success. Students will go home with a box of their homemade cookies and light snacks will be served.
