This White Beans and Greens toast is topped with fresh earthy flavors and smooth cannellini beans on our Three Farmers Sourdough bread.

INGREDIENTS

  • Three Farmers Sourdough
  • Greens (sautéed spinach)
  • Cannellini beans
  • Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast a slice of bread to your desired doneness.

Dollop with leftover greens (like sautéed spinach) then top with Cannellini beans drizzled with DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, red pepper flakes, a good sea salt, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
