This dip is consumed so quickly, you might want to double the recipe for parties. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 4 oz crumbled feta
  • 1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the chopped ingredients together, along with the feta crumbles.

In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.

Combine chopped ingredients with dressing, and serve with tortilla chips.
