Tom Perry invites you to slow down and savor the cozy side of cooking with a "Fireside" Comfort Dinner. This winter-ready menu elevates simple ingredients into deeply satisfying dishes—from Scratch-Marinated Olives to a gooey Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich layered with mesquite-smoked turkey, provolone, Gouda, and Taleggio on grilled ciabatta. Enjoy creamy Potato, Bacon, and Poblano Soup, plus a bright Salad of Bib and Red Leaf Lettuce, Arugula, Red Onion, Pecans, Goat Cheese, and Red Raspberry Vinaigrette. The evening ends with Strawberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries in Brandied Cream. Wines will be paired throughout for a relaxed, flavor-packed class perfect for chilly nights and casual gatherings.
