INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ripe peaches
  • 1 lb stone fruits, such as apricots, plums, or nectarines
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar, if needed
  • 8 oz DLM Handmade Fresh Mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Handful of fresh mint or basil
  • DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and cut fruit into pieces. Place in bowl and toss with a little lemon juice and sugar if needed.

Set aside for 5 minutes to let flavors develop.

When ready to eat, place fruit on a platter or bowl and nestle in the mozzarella.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with flaky salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
