INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. To prepare the corn, pull husk back, leaving attached. Gather husks together and bind them with a strip of husk. Remove the silks. Soak the corn in water for about 20 minutes to prevent the husks from burning.

Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Place corn on grill, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
