INGREDIENTS

  • DLM Grass-Fed Uncured Beef Hot Dogs
  • DLM Golden Hot Dog Buns
  • DLM Dijon Mustard
  • Caramelized onions
  • Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat grill to medium-high. Place hot dogs on grill, rotating until grill marks are all around and it's heated through. Remove from grill and place a hot dog in each bun.

Add a thick ribbon of DLM Dijon Mustard, some caramelized onions, and shredded Gruyère cheese to your hot dog. Garnish with fresh thyme.
