    • 5 oz mixed greens, romaine, or arugula
    • 2 peaches, sliced
    • 1 nectarine, sliced
    • 1 plum, sliced
    • 8 oz DLM Handemade Fresh Mozzarella

    Honey Vinaigrette

    • ⅓ cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
    • 3 Tbsp Aunt Mary's Italian White Wine VInegar
    • 2 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
    • 1 tsp sea salt

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Arrange salad mix, peaches, nectarine, plum, and mozzarella on a serving plate. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with honey vinaigrette.

    To make honey vinaigrette, combine oil, vinegar, and honey together in a small bowl; season with salt.
