No Bake Edible Cookie Dough Log

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • Chocolate chips, to taste
  • Dried fruit, like cranberries, blueberries, or cherries, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients into a thick dough.

Form into a log, wrap in waxed paper, and twist the sides to close.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and enjoy!
