INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pt fresh blueberries
  • 4 Vera Jane's Shortcakes
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 can Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the blueberries and drain well.

Cut the shortcakes in half lengthwise and thickly spread on some lemon curd.

Top with the berries and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
