INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp juice from jarred jalapeños
  • 1-2 Teaspoons hot sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2-3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk first nine ingredients together for the dressing.

Mix chopped peppers into coleslaw mix, add dressing, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
