INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1½ oz St-Germain Liqueur or 1883 Maison Routin Elderflower Syrup
- 1½ oz club soda
- Cucumber and celery for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the Elderflower liqueur or syrup into desired glass. Top with Prosecco and add a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh cucumber and/or celery.
