And with the season in full swing, we're bringing out our corn roaster that will be traveling between all three stores roasting this summertime classic to perfection. Served Elote-style with Cotija cheese, lime, chile powder, cilantro, and mayo! If you prefer your corn roasted with just butter, ask for The Classic.
