    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup cherries, pitted and diced
    • ½ cup shallot, diced
    • 2 Tbsp cilantro
    • 2 Tbsp basil
    • 1 jalapeño, minced
    • 2 Tbsp lime juice
    • ½ tsp brown sugar
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Roughly dice cherries being careful not to mash them up.

    Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together.

    Enjoy with tortilla chips or grilled meats.
