Tropical Fruit Shortcake
2-3 cups tropical fruit, sliced (like mango, kiwi, starfruit, and assorted berries)
2 Tbsp lime juice
Pinch or two of sugar, to taste
4 Vera Jane’s Shortcakes
Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème for serving
Toss the fruit with the lime juice and a pinch of sugar to taste. Cut the shortcakes in half lengthwise and top with fruit and whipped cream.
