Sweet Potato Fries & Gourmet Black ‘N Bleu Burger

After you grab one of our Black & Bleu Gourmet Burger from our Meat department, you can't go wrong with these homemade sweet potato fries.

Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes

Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Black & Bleu Gourmet Burger (Meat department)

DLM Blue Cheese Dressing

DLM Golden Hamburger Bun

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Peel potatoes and cut into wedges lengthwise. Drizzle with a little olive oil and roast about 18-20 minutes or until cooked and browned on edges; season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook burger until nicely browned on both sides and juices run clear, or you reach 160°F. Slather with blue cheese dressing and place on split hamburger bun.
