Southern Peach Crumble

Warm, bubbly, and full of cinnamon goodness, this crumble is one to make each peach season.


1 stick of cold butter (or 4 oz), cut into pea-sized chunks

1 cup flour

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans

6 to 8 sliced ripe peaches

1 tsp almond extract

1 Tbsp Bourbon

1 lemon, juiced

1 Tbsp maple syrup


Preheat your oven to 350° F.

With your hands, mix the flour, cinnamon, sugar, butter, and pecans until crumbly.

Mix all the other ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with the flour mixture and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
