Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Pasta

duBreton Organic Mild Italian Sausage
1 bunch broccoli rabe
DLM Orecchiette Pasta
Parmigiano-Reggiano

Remove casing and sauté sausage until cooked; crumble into small pieces. Sauté broccoli rabe in olive oil until bright green and tender. Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Toss all together and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
