Salmon Sensation

Simple and delicious, this recipe lets the beautiful flavor of salmon shine.

Ingredients:

Farm-Raised Salmon

Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Cubed Squash

Organic Girl Baby Arugula

Fresh Dill

Directions:

Pre-heat grill or grill pan to a medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill 5-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. On medium heat, grill cubed squash 5 minutes on each side until tender. Toss arugula with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with dill.
