8 slices DLM New York Rye Bread
1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck
4-8 slices Organic Valley Mild Cheddar Cheese
DLM Yellow Mustard
Yellow sweet onion, julienned
Shape burgers a little larger than the size of the rye bread slice. On a griddle or nonstick pan, cook the burger and onions until desired doneness seasoning both with a little salt and pepper to taste. Keep burger and onions warm when assembling sandwich. Spread mustard on one side of both slices of bread. Place 1-2 slices of Cheddar cheese on top of the mustard.
Place both sides of bread on the griddle and assemble the burger and onions on top of one side. Close the sandwich and toast until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with DLM Kettle Cooked Potato Chips and Dad’s Old Fashioned Root Beer.
