Lemon Blueberry Shortcake
1 pint fresh blueberries
4 Vera Jane’s Shortcakes
1 cup lemon curd
Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème for serving
Wash the blueberries and drain well. Cut the shortcakes in half lengthwise and thickly spread on some lemon curd. Top with the berries and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
