Italian Deli Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is an excellent way to use those Heavenly Ham® leftovers!

1/3 cup DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Aunt Mary’s Italian White Wine Vinegar

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

1 shallot, minced

2 tsp oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

½ lb pasta cooked al dente and rinsed under cold water

4 oz Heavenly Ham®, cut into matchsticks

1 cup grape tomatoes

¼ lb DLM Fresh Mozzarella, cut into matchsticks

½ cup pepperoncini, cut into rings

½ cup celery, sliced

½ cup fresh basil, torn


Make the dressing by whisking the oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, shallot, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss the cooked and rinsed pasta into the dressing. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and adjust seasoning if necessary, serve.
