Irish Stout Shake
3 Tbsp Guinness Stout
1/4 cup good quality chocolate syrup or hot fudge
1 pint DLM Madagascar Vanilla Gelato
1/3 cup milk
3 or 4 chocolate-covered pretzel sticks
In a small saucepan, heat the stout and chocolate syrup together over low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender, blend the ice cream, milk, and chocolate sauce until just blended. If desired, add a little chopped chocolate-covered pretzels and blend briefly again.
Pour in a glass and serve garnished with chopped chocolate-covered pretzels or a whole pretzel stick.
